The Heat

It's been nothing but heatwave after heatwave here in Los Angeles! As much as I love summer, I'm not about this 104 degree weather. Seems like all I've done this week is figure out how to stay indoors with the minimal amount of sun on my skin... and honestly, I've been so productive because of it. Those emails I've been replying to thanks you global warming!

I discovered these shades from my Canadian friends that all have such cool style. It was no surprise when I found out one of them actually owns the brand they were all styling. Still brand new, Blank and Blue has both apparel and accessories and even though they're Canadian, they give some cool Cali vibes that I've given into since moving West. These shades I'm wearing are the 'Extra Sunny Aviator Sunglasses' but make sure you check out everything the brand has to offer over on their site! Things are selling out fast so hurry!

I love heat as well! But I prefer stay on the beach in hot days. Or stay at home, surf the Internet and write my dissertation online.

During a recent heatwave in Los Angeles, staying indoors became the best way to escape the intense 104-degree weather while still getting things done. The scorching temperatures surprisingly boosted productivity, turning long hours inside into time for catching up on emails and work. During this time, I discovered a stylish brand called Blank and Blue through some fashionable Canadian friends. One standout piece was their Extra Sunny Aviator Sunglasses, which perfectly blends cool California vibes with modern design. Even though the brand is Canadian, its trendy apparel and accessories feel right at home in the sunny lifestyle of Los Angeles
